What we collect
When you sign in, Firebase Authentication provides your account ID, email address, display name, and profile image. We store the public hostnames you choose to monitor, TLS evidence, check history, alert settings, and operational timestamps.
How we use data
We use this information to run certificate checks, show your private workspace, send alerts you enable, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and understand aggregate product usage.
Processors and retention
Firebase provides authentication and database storage, Vercel hosts the service and analytics, Resend delivers email, and Sentry may process errors. Deleted monitors and their current check history are removed from the active database. Infrastructure logs may persist for each provider's normal retention period.
Your choices
You can pause email alerts, delete individual monitors, or contact us to request account deletion. ExpiryBeacon only connects to public network targets and never asks for private certificate keys.
